ARC can offer a range of assessment and internal verification models to meet the needs of organisations, to enable candidates to achieve the competence units.
We are accredited to offer the full suite of units in the Health & Social Care Certificates and Diplomas in order to create the qualification/s (within the rules of combination) most relevant to individual job roles and/or organisational requirements.
Development Days
ATS is happy to support your organisation with various support needs such as qualification information or delivery, identifying learning needs, assessing candidates at work, portfolio building and more.

Funding Support
The main funding available for completing qualifications in Adult Health and Social Care is Skills for Care Workforce Development Funding (SfC WDF).
Through this funding Health and Social Care providers can gain funds towards the costs of approved qualificaitons. The funding is paid on learner certification.
Standardisation
It is a QCA (Qualifications and Curriculum Authority) and Awarding Body requirement that all assessors and internal verifiers attend annual standardisation events.
Each year we hold a series of standardisation events at venues across the UK facilitated by ARC Development Officers.
