Looking for an umbrella body to carry out your disclosure checks in England?

The ARC Disclosure Service is a registered body with the DBS.  We can offer you a reliable, efficient and cost-effective service in supporting you with checking your employees for Standard and Enhanced applications.

We currently support employers within elderly care, children’s homes, learning disability establishments and numerous health and social care related organisations.

Following registrations with the ARC Disclosure Service, Organisations have access to a secure online checking system.  Checks are quick and easy to complete with the online system providing helpful guidance each step of the way.   Employers complete the ID requirements and once completed, checks are received by us, approved by our team of administrators and eligible applications countersigned and forwarded to the DBS.  Checks are very often completed by the DBS within days not weeks.  All approved users of our online system will be able to follow progress of the application and access e-certificate results.

Registration with the ARC Disclosure Service is quick and easy and free of charge.  We can take you step by step through each process, to achieve fast and reliable checks.

You will be invoiced at the end of each month for the checks processed.
