Skills for Care and Development has a project underway across the UK to help recruit the right people into the right jobs in social work, social care, early years, children’s and young people’s services.

The project is developing a freely available online, video-led questionnaire, based on realistic situations that workers in the sector experience day-to-day. The questionnaire will enable people to test their own values, attitudes and behaviours against the characteristics needed by employers and those using services.

In order to develop the questionnaire, Skills for Care and Development need to understand exactly what kind of activities people undertake in their daily work so have produced a short survey to gather this information.

Take part in the survey now

The survey is aimed at frontline staff so please ask your colleagues to also take part in this survey, which will take about 10 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential and will be combined with the responses of others completing the survey.

To take part in the survey, follow the link www.surveymonkey.com/s/SfCandDSurvey.

The survey close at 5pm on Friday 14th December.
