Recruitment and retention of care and support staff can be a difficulty for many providers. ARC member, Life Path Trust, share their new ‘Values Based Recruitment’ guidance and report, which has led to improvements for them in many aspects:

  • Improvement in staff retention
  • A significant decrease in the levels of sickness
  • Managers assessing a higher percentage of their staff as good or very good
  • Attendance at 100% of training has improved.
