25 years ago the qualification centre was set up to support our members who wanted to develop their own Assessors/Verifiers by enabling their staff to gain the appropriate qualifications and to build a robust qualified workforce. We pride ourselves on working with service providers to establish their individual workforce development needs/qualification requirements.

Our unique flexible approach aims to provide access to qualifications as cost-effectively as possible and in a way which meets the needs of the organisation which is relevant to individual roles and requirements.

The centre was established to work with our members to up-skill staff so that the individuals they support receive the best possible quality service.
As such, as a centre, we offer all organisations and self-funding learners; an individual support package, using a pay as you go approach to accessing appropriate qualifications and support through the centre. We aim to continue what we firmly believe is a valuable, flexible approach to offering qualifications for both individuals and service providers.
