26th March 2013
10am – 3.30pm
The Four Seasons Function Room, Kings Hill Nurseries, Coventry CV3 6PS
These are challenging times for social care providers, with threats to viability which have to be taken seriously. Many providers are faced with making changes to staff terms and conditions, or undertaking TUPE arrangements to broaden their service base. How do you make these changes work positively for your organisation, so staff feel like the super heroes they really are? Come along and find out how other providers have responded, how to negotiate the legal hazards and how to keep the passion burning.
ALL CHANGE PLEASE! Everything will change but the passion is the second in a series of joint events being held by the Association for Real Change and Real Life Options for sector colleagues. RLO is sponsoring these conferences as part of their ongoing 20th anniversary celebrations of supporting people with learning disabilities.
On hand to share their expertise and experience at this FREE event are the following confirmed speakers: Helen Sanderson (Helen Sanderson Associates); Gary Bye from our hosts for the day, Life Path Trust; Sarah Sims and Jill Hicks (RLO); Jacqueline Bell (Association for Real Change); Peter Flynn (Alternative Futures Group), plus representatives from Lester Aldridge solicitors LLP
