The Association for Real Change (ARC) is a leading umbrella body representing service providers in the learning disability sector. Our purpose is to improve the quality of life for people who have a learning disability by supporting anyone who is involved in the planning or delivery of support and services.
Our work also benefits people with other support needs such as autism, mental health issues, long-term health problems and physical and sensory disabilities, and we are therefore committed to sharing our learning and experience across all sectors.
We have offices in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
The Association for Real Change was founded in 1976 and incorporated in 1982.
