ARC can offer a range of assessment and internal verification models to meet the needs of organisations, to enable candidates to achieve the competence units.
We are accredited to offer the full suite of units in the Health & Social Care Certificates and Diplomas in order to create the qualification/s (within the rules of combination) most relevant to individual job roles and/or organisational requirements.
Our models of delivery are flexible and tailored to meet your needs.
Each Diploma, Certificate, Award or Unit can be delivered as a training programme, with or without registration, assessment and certification from an Awarding Organisation such as City & Guilds.
You may already have, or want to develop, work based assessors and a training programme that meets the learning outcomes of the units, so could need a smaller assessment package. We can help you establish your requirements and agree a plan to meet your training and assessment needs.
We have comprehensive learning publications, produced specifically to meet the learning outcomes of the qualifications, which can be taught (by you or ARC) or which candidates can study as open learning.
