| SVQ Health & Social Care Level 2 | £1155 | Workers in Social Care settings who work alongside others, usually in a residential care setting or where there is little autonomous authority. |
| SVQ Health & Social Care Level 3 | £1470 | Support Workers in Social Care settings who wish to register in Housing Support Services or Residential Services or Care at Home Services. |
| SVQ Health & Social Care Level 4 | £1575 | Managers in Residential Care Settings, Housing Support services or Care at Home Services (together with other qualifications as specified by SSSC),Senior Support Workers and Team Leaders wishing to register as Supervisors. |
| SVQ Leadership & Management for Care Services Level 4 | £2100 | Managers with responsibility for leading and managing a provision in any health & social care setting. |
| SVQ Learning & Development Level 3 (excluding the A1 or V1 award) | £1470 | Workers whose role involves developing other staff, planning and analysing the organisational learning and development needs, design and delivery of training, mentorship, coaching. |
| SVQ Learning & Development Level 4 (excluding the A1 or V1 award) | £1575 | As above with a more senior responsibility and level of autonomy. |
| SVQ Assessor award including 2 candidates at Level 2 or Level 3. | £3,099 | Workers who take on the role of assessing competence of colleagues or team members. Must already hold an SVQ at or above the level which will be assessed by this candidate, and must be occupationally competent in the awards to be assessed. |
| SVQ Verifier award | Price on Enquiry | Must already hold an assessors award and have 2 years experience of undertaking the role of assessor within the workplace. |

| Professional Development Award (PDA) in Health & Social Care Supervision | £787 | Workers who have already achieved SVQ Health & Social Care Level 3, HNC in Social Care or HEC in Person Centred Approaches. This PDA meets the SSSC minimum qualification requirements for registration as a supervisor in Social Care |
| NQ An Introduction to Leadership & Leadership in Practice | £295 | An “aspirational” award for support workers or senior support workers who wish to be recognised for their ability to take on some aspects of leadership. Candidates do not need to be in a managerial or senior role – this award is not a requirement for SSSC registration, but is an excellent CPD opportunity |
| Top Up Supervisor Units | £450 | This award is suitable for workers who have achieved a Health & Social Care Level 3 award and will not necessarily need or wish to undertake a full Health and Social Care Level 4 award for Registration. In order to help organisations and individuals meet Registration requirements and make best use of very limited funding for staff development ARC Scotland have developed a “Top Up” package for those who wish to take this option. This can also be used as CPD even if registration is not required. |
