Suitable for supervisors within social care settings wishing to develop knowledge, skills and confidence in supervisory responsibilities and needing to meet the minimum SSSC registration requirements. Comprises 4 taught days followed by submission of 2 assignments within a total 12 week period. Places are limited to ten for each cohort.
