Telling it Like It Is

A CD resource that supports people with a learning disability to give training to new staff.

The CD has two parts:

  • Part one is training for individuals who use services, so that they understand induction.
  • Part two is a presentation that individuals with a learning disability can give to new staff.

Displayed in a PowerPoint presentation and illustrated with photos and pictures, the CD is designed to be easily accessible via a computer screen.

A photo bank and a glossary/explanation of words is also included.
