NEW Workshops from ARC England: Managing Difficult Employees, in association with Flint Bishop LLP

When running a business, managing difficult employees is always a problematic and challenging task, but so crucial to its success. During these sessions, Employment Law Partner Emma Tice will talk you through common issues and problems with employees, how to recognise and pre-empt the causes of conflict, and the most successful and effective ways of dealing with them, giving you the practical guidance and confidence to deal with difficult situations effectively.

The half-day session will include discussion and guidance on:

  • Grievances
  • Capability Issues
  • Investigations
  • Mediation
  • Protected Conversations

This session will also include some role play footage where you can see how it should be done, along with an opportunity to ask questions.

Details:

Each session will commence at 10am, with arrival from 9:30am.
The sessions will close at 1:00pm.
