Moving on Up: Professionals Guide

Guidance and resources aimed at providing information to a variety of professionals, working in the youth and/or learning disability sector.

This would make an ideal resource for Connexions staff, youth workers, transition leads, school advisors and service providers who support young individuals, with learning disabilities from ethnic minorities, during transition from school.
