Recruitment and retention of care and support staff can be a difficulty for many providers. ARC member, Life Path Trust, share their new ‘Values Based Recruitment’ guidance and report, which has led to improvements for them in many aspects:
- Improvement in staff retention
- A significant decrease in the levels of sickness
- Managers assessing a higher percentage of their staff as good or very good
- Attendance at 100% of training has improved.
