Members also receive this 10% off their already discounted price.

This offer is only available until the 31 January 2012 so visit the ARC Shop and enter code GSJAN12 at the checkout to take advantage.

The pack meet the Refreshed Common Induction Standards which were made compulsory in June 2011.

The Getting Started Induction training pack will suit anyone starting out in his or her work in Health and Social Care and has been written in an easy to follow format, taking learners through the required eight standards of the ‘Refreshed Common Induction’. These eight standards should be completed within the first 12 weeks of working in the sector.

The pack includes information for the learner to read through along with exercises and scenarios that will help the learner relate the knowledge gained to their practice and their workplace.

When the learner has worked through the 8 sections of the Induction pack, their Manager will need to assess the learner’s knowledge by asking the questions which are contained at the back of the pack.  Once the Manager is happy that the learner has successfully completed the Induction he or she can issue the learner with the Certificate included to certify that the Induction has been completed.
