LDQ QCF Updates

The LDQ and QCF (Learning Disability Qualification Award & Qualification Credit Framework) updates were funded by the East Midlands Learning Disability Workforce Development Strategy Group to keep the LD workforce abreast of current developments.ARC organised 10 workshops across the East Midlands, which were delivered by ARC and BILD. These were FREE interactive and informative training sessions, which were relevant if you are working in or managing a learning disability service.
The training covered:
- What the LDQ is made up of and how it works.
- How it fits into the bigger picture.
- What the options are for doing the LDQ in your work place.
- What future qualifications are being planned.
- What is the QCF?
- How will the QCF work?
- When does it begin?
- How will it affect me?
