– Michael Lloyd fulfils his promise of a return visit, focussing on commissioning and the costing tools. We are pleased to announce he will be joined by Helen Toker-Lester from Torbay and Shirley Cuff from Plymouth, offering us a rare opportunity for a pan-Devon compare and contrast exercise.
– You are probably aware of the NMDS (Social Care) but after a promising start returns in the South West have dropped alarmingly. The newly appointed project officer will be joining is to explain why it’s so important and what you can expect to get out of it.
– The LEN is a network of managers and owners of care services. Its aim is to support providers in improving service provision and delivery through better learning and development opportunities for staff. The Project Worker will be on hand to tell us how you can take advantage of its services.
PLUS all the usual news, views, issues and inside information.
AND all the latest training and funding opportunities.
Members and non-members are welcome. Attendance, covering all catering, is £7.50 per person (payable in advance).
